About the role

  • Marketing Analyst managing Digital Product projects, coordinating campaigns and market analysis for Rumo Brasil in Curitiba. Flexibility with hybrid work model, enabling home-office on Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple marketing, product, and growth projects (launches, UX, and campaigns), defining priorities, timelines and risks.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and user behavior to generate actionable insights.
  • Map and optimize the customer journey, identifying friction points and CRO/UX opportunities.
  • Support the product roadmap using data, feedback, and adoption metrics.
  • Define and refine product positioning, value proposition, and product messaging.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for products and features, including external communication and internal training.
  • Plan and coordinate content and campaigns (SEO, paid media, email and social) focused on demand generation and conversion.
  • Operate automation and lead nurturing in RD Station, ensuring segmentation and database governance.
  • Monitor and report KPIs/OKRs (acquisition, conversion, retention, CAC, LTV, NPS) and propose action plans.
  • Analyze performance (GA4 and dashboards) and drive continuous optimization based on data.

Requirements

  • Full-funnel digital marketing: basic SEO, SEM, content, social, email marketing, automation and paid media (Google and Meta Ads).
  • Measurement and analysis: GA4, UTMs, events/goals, funnel analysis, spreadsheets and executive reporting.
  • Tools: RD Station, Google Tag Manager (preferred) and keyword tools (Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Product and growth: customer journey, product lifecycle, UX fundamentals, value proposition and differentiation.
  • Management and communication: organization, prioritization, clear writing and the ability to work across multiple projects.
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Technology or related fields.
