Responsibilities
Onboarding new sales teams to the business, providing sales collateral, presentations, merchandise, business cards, and training on marketing processes.
HubSpot administration: supporting landing pages.
Coordinating vendors and suppliers, ensuring we get good value for money and maintain good relationships.
Organising & attending regional sales events, expos & webinars, podcasts– from researching topics, venues, speakers to coordinating logistics and insurance, to building invites, programmes and landing pages.
Processing finance requests for approved sponsorships/events.
Supporting on wider brand, PR, internal communications, employee experience & content production activity.
Oversee the coordination of marketing files in our shared server, confluence pages and Hubspot hygiene.
