B2B Integrated Marketing Manager responsible for planning marketing strategies for T-Mobile's Micro Business Internet products. Collaborating with teams to enhance campaign performance and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
Responsible for long-term planning of acquisition brand and creative strategy for T-Mobile's Micro Business Internet products and segments
Work closely with cross functional internal support teams to identify scope and campaign roadmap needs for the business
Adapt and develop marketing strategies that align to company priorities and deliver on commercial and brand objectives
Strategic partnership with commercial, product marketing, creative, media and analytics
Leverage research, insights, competitive intel and segmentation data to foresee challenges and creative solutions
Develop marketing planning calendars and timelines in conjunction with other broadband marketing teams and shared resources leading to creative needs scoping and budgets
Leverage data, analytics and segmentation to find opportunities and insights and translate needs into executable integrated creative and brand strategy plans
Lead competitive intelligence brand strategy for Broadband products working closely with Research and Commercial marketing teams
Partner with internal creative teams and agencies on creation of world-class communications and collateral that speaks to the audience and campaign objectives
Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field of study; Master's/Advanced degree preferred
3 years of marketing experience in authoring and implementing national integrated marketing plans with recognized B2C brands
2 years experience with delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution
Solid understanding of digital brand marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc.
Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is essential
Exceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc.
At least 18 years of age
