Responsibilities
Manage and grow an account portfolio by identifying opportunities, removing barriers, and presenting our value proposition.
Deliver on KPIs aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
Work closely with Corporate Account Managers to build and execute effective account plans for shared customers.
Qualify clients, understand their needs, and forecast sales potential.
Plan and carry out commercial activities, taking corrective action when needed.
Conduct targeted commercial calls and follow up on opportunities from both internal teams and your own outreach.
Negotiate projects, tenders, and offers in line with company guidelines and margin targets.
Maintain accurate CRM data and use RS systems and tools effectively.
Create and grow revenue opportunities within your assigned region while maximizing margin.
Build strong relationships with field-based and corporate stakeholders.
Develop a solid understanding of customers, markets, suppliers, and competitors.
Collaborate across departments to drive revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Manage a pipeline of customers handled remotely and expand your network within target accounts.
Identify customer spend potential and understand their procurement, inventory, and maintenance processes.
Requirements

Fluent Norwegian language skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and familiarity with Power BI.
Understanding of contract terms and conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, plus relevant sales/account management certifications.
