Requirements
Completed commercial or IT-technical vocational training
Ideally experience in customer service and an affinity for IT systems
Proficient user of common MS Office applications
Strong service orientation
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey knowledge
Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage

German language skills, both written and spoken
