Orchestrate the smooth operation of the dining area by organizing employee schedules
Train new servers, instilling the values of exceptional service, etiquette, and resident engagement
Manage, plan and direct the activities of the dietary department
Ensure compliance with city and state regulations and provide the highest quality of food service for residents
Promote the Company’s mission statement
Requirements
