About the role

  • Dining Room Manager orchestrating smooth dining operations at The Village at Rancho Solano. Managing dietary staff, training, and ensuring compliance with food service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the smooth operation of the dining area by organizing employee schedules
  • Train new servers, instilling the values of exceptional service, etiquette, and resident engagement
  • Manage, plan and direct the activities of the dietary department
  • Ensure compliance with city and state regulations and provide the highest quality of food service for residents
  • Promote the Company’s mission statement

Requirements

  • Passion to serve Seniors
  • Experience in managing dietary department and staff
  • Knowledge of food service standards, policies and procedures
  • Ability to train new servers
