About the role

  • Senior Manager of Performance Improvement providing strategic leadership for performance initiatives in healthcare. Partnering with leaders to optimize customer experience and operational performance across organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of high-impact initiatives
  • Partner with senior business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Drive the design, execution, and sustainment of continuous improvement strategies
  • Enhance customer experience and optimize clinical and operational performance
  • Shape long-term direction and build organizational capability
  • Ensure initiatives translate into sustained, quantifiable results
  • Identify, prioritize, and sponsor high-impact performance improvement initiatives
  • Develop business cases including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and value realization plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end improvement initiatives
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor assigned initiatives and act with urgency to address risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading complex process improvement initiatives
  • Experience managing staff and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with data sets and/or Microsoft Excel modeling
  • Experience utilizing valuation and impact analysis methodologies
  • Experience using workflow diagramming applications to document business processes
  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
  • Experience designing and implementing generative AI solutions (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) and Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations (preferred)
  • Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or equivalent certification in process improvement and quality methodologies (preferred)
