Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading complex process improvement initiatives
- Experience managing staff and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with data sets and/or Microsoft Excel modeling
- Experience utilizing valuation and impact analysis methodologies
- Experience using workflow diagramming applications to document business processes
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Experience designing and implementing generative AI solutions (preferred)
- Knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) and Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations (preferred)
- Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or equivalent certification in process improvement and quality methodologies (preferred)
