About the role

  • Housekeeping Manager ensuring cleanliness and quality standards in all hotel areas. Leading internal teams and managing external cleaning services with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene and quality standards across all hotel areas
  • Coordinate and supervise internal teams and external cleaning contractors
  • Manage personnel costs, linen and supplies inventory
  • Oversee presentation of public areas and handle lost-and-found items
  • Fulfill special guest requests and ensure compliance with BeePartment standards
  • Onboard and train new employees

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hotel management or housekeeping, ideally with experience in a comparable role
  • Warm, team-oriented demeanor, attention to detail, and a strong sense of cleanliness, order, and quality
  • High degree of personal responsibility, strong organizational skills, resilience, and flexibility
  • Service-oriented mindset with a “can-do” and hands-on attitude
  • People-focused, motivating leadership skills and solid cost awareness
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and very good German and English language skills
