About the role

  • Assistant F&B Manager responsible for guest services and managing food & beverage operations. Ensuring standards are maintained and providing support during peak times.

Responsibilities

  • Be a perfect host for our guests
  • Support the management of the entire food & beverage department
  • Oversee service operations within the F&B area
  • Ensure smooth operations in line with hospitality standards
  • Responsible for cleanliness, order & hygiene
  • Hands-on participation in service and at the bar
  • Attend training and provide support during peak times

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the hospitality/foodservice industry
  • Hands-on mentality & team spirit
  • Strong knowledge of F&B products
  • Experience with inventory usage, cost control & cost calculations
  • Staff planning, motivation & supervision
  • Proven complaint management skills
  • Reliable, flexible & positive personality
