About the role

  • CUBIC Sales Specialist for Rockwell Automation driving sales of Cubic products and solutions in France. Requires 8+ years in sales with fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Rockwell Automation sales targets for Cubic products and solutions and meet business revenue plans using a disciplined sales process within targeted accounts.
  • Be directly responsible for meeting quota by negotiating and closing opportunities while collaborating with the wider matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast and pipeline for Cubic pursuits.
  • Contribute to customer proposals and responses to requests for information.
  • Leverage global sales and marketing resources to identify target opportunities and gain access.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members, and your department to ensure efficient communication and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities.
  • Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations, both internally and externally.
  • Provide formal regular status reports to sales management, including forecast, pipeline, and activity summaries.
  • Monitor and report revenue and pipeline results weekly using the CRM tool for assigned verticals or geographies to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Develop business and financial knowledge of the offering and its impact on potential business.
  • Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Explore new market opportunities (primarily data centers, water, energy, and industry).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales (low voltage, solutions).
  • Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience presenting sales proposals and systems solutions, and closing complex technical sales.
  • Sales experience in the French market.
