Responsibilities
Achieve Rockwell Automation sales targets for Cubic products and solutions and meet business revenue plans using a disciplined sales process within targeted accounts.
Be directly responsible for meeting quota by negotiating and closing opportunities while collaborating with the wider matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams.
Develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast and pipeline for Cubic pursuits.
Contribute to customer proposals and responses to requests for information.
Leverage global sales and marketing resources to identify target opportunities and gain access.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members, and your department to ensure efficient communication and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities.
Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations, both internally and externally.
Provide formal regular status reports to sales management, including forecast, pipeline, and activity summaries.
Monitor and report revenue and pipeline results weekly using the CRM tool for assigned verticals or geographies to ensure performance goals are met.
Develop business and financial knowledge of the offering and its impact on potential business.
Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
Explore new market opportunities (primarily data centers, water, energy, and industry).
Requirements
8+ years of experience in sales (low voltage, solutions).
Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
Valid driver's license.
Experience presenting sales proposals and systems solutions, and closing complex technical sales.
Sales experience in the French market.
