Responsibilities
Responsibility for the Greater Frankfurt area
Acquisition of new clients and maintenance of existing relationships
Preparation of proposals, pricing calculations and contract processing for events
Advising clients on event options, catering, decoration and services
Support from reservation through event execution
Conducting site visits
Coordination with internal departments and external service providers
Collaboration with the reservations department for room bookings
Incident and issue management during events
Preparation of deposit invoices
Requirements
Completed training in hotel management, event management or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in sales or events, ideally in the hotel industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational abilities, self-reliant and service-oriented
Flexible, resilient and a team player with a hands-on mentality
Confident use of MS Office as well as hotel and CRM systems
Good written and spoken German and English skills
