Handling inquiries, proposals, invoices and guest communication
Planning and organizing events, including preparation of Function Sheets
Managing the banquet and event area (27 meeting rooms) and coordinating the service team
Providing on-site operational support (reception, managing breaks, etc.)
Handling special requests and professional complaint management
Requirements
Completed vocational training in hotel management
Professional experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in the banqueting area
Experience in organizing events
Structured approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong service orientation
Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and keep up with new trends in the events industry
