About the role

  • Conventions Sales Coordinator handling event inquiries and organization in hospitality. Responsible for managing the banquet area, guest communication, and event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries, proposals, invoices and guest communication
  • Planning and organizing events, including preparation of Function Sheets
  • Managing the banquet and event area (27 meeting rooms) and coordinating the service team
  • Providing on-site operational support (reception, managing breaks, etc.)
  • Handling special requests and professional complaint management

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hotel management
  • Professional experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in the banqueting area
  • Experience in organizing events
  • Structured approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong service orientation
  • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and keep up with new trends in the events industry
