About the role

  • Head of Customer Service managing order execution from Singapore hub. Leading order management for affiliates and ensuring customer service excellence across APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full order lifecycle from order receipt to final delivery
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for all order-related communications
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment activities
  • Monitor and track order performance daily
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance order coordination processes
  • Build strong working relationships with regional affiliates and external partners
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 7–8 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management/execution, or delivery coordination
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex order fulfillment processes
  • Proven analytical capabilities and sound judgment in using data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in order management/execution systems (e.g., SAP) and customer service tools (e.g., Salesforce)
