About the role

  • Customer Service Representative at Carrier supporting clients via phone and electronic communication. Resolving inquiries effectively, facilitating product shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Working independently to support customers via phone or electronic communication, providing information about products and services
  • Addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, including moderately complex issues, while following established procedures
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolving issues, escalating or redirecting cases to appropriate departments when required
  • Facilitating documentation for product shipments to various customers
  • Providing after-sales support for assigned customer contracts when required

Requirements

  • 1+ year of previous customer service experience
  • Proficient reading and writing skills in English, with intermediate speaking ability
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
