About the role

  • Key Account Manager responsible for advancing innovative oncology therapies with a focus on patient care and sales objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders in hematology-oncology to enhance treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong company image and increase product awareness in the hematology-oncology market.
  • Provide scientific and commercial support to hospital pharmacists and hematology-oncology specialists.
  • Achieve sales objectives and maintain high-quality relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop and implement business projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in local, national, and international symposia, workshops, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Customer Engagement, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal standards, as well as local laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, health economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within hematology/oncology or a similar therapeutic area.
  • Established network and in-depth knowledge of key stakeholders in hematology and oncology.
  • Strong understanding of hospital markets and drug distribution structures, especially hospital pharmacies.
  • Proven track record of success in a dynamic, fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong project management abilities.
  • Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel frequently (at least 60% field-based activity) and a valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
