  • Senior Digital Account Manager at 1Milk2Sugars managing client relationships and driving digital growth. Leading innovative campaigns while mentoring a team of coordinators and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key digital accounts, overseeing strategy, execution, and client relations.
  • Lead and develop integrated digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within client accounts to upsell digital services and drive revenue.
  • Own the delivery of exceptional client results, ensuring seamless execution and strategic oversight.
  • Mentor and lead a team of Digital Account Managers, Coordinators, and Executives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the digital team.
  • Guide team members through campaign execution, problem-solving, and performance optimization.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to support junior team members’ professional development.
  • Design and oversee organic & paid social media campaigns, influencer programs, and digital activations.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital roadmaps, content strategies, and media plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present insightful reports to clients.
  • Lead the execution of contests, giveaways, and digital projects across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and implement efficiency-driven workflows to improve team output and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in content creation, paid media, and analytics reporting.
  • Oversee all MSAs, SOWs, and client agreements for digital campaigns.
  • Track and report hours via T-Metric and ensure budgets align with account performance.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Delegate tasks, oversee workback schedules, and ensure priorities are met.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Support agency growth by participating in new business pitches and internal strategy meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or integrated communications.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and client accounts.
  • Expertise in social media strategy, content marketing, and influencer relations.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Experience working with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest Ads, Google Analytics, and digital reporting tools.
  • Mastery of English and/or French (written & verbal).
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate data-driven insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Mac systems, Google Suite, and Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
