Requirements
8+ years’ experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, brand partnerships, or related fields. Prior experience in Formula 1 is essential.
Proven track record of leading major client accounts and delivering measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of the global sports ecosystem, including rights holders, sponsorship models, and fan engagement strategies.
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels.
Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, scopes, and profitability.
A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and inspires teams to deliver their best work.
Creative & passionate about sponsorship, brand experience and hospitality delivery.
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, client development, and account growth initiatives.
Adept at delivering projects to, at times, tight & challenging deadlines.
