About the role

  • B2B Account Manager handling software solutions for the construction industry. Driving digital transformation with a focus on customer relationship development and sales strategy in Germany and Austria.

Responsibilities

  • You are the spearhead of RIB – close to the customer, strategic in thinking and crucial to our market success
  • Building relationships, acquiring new customers, conducting needs analyses, consulting, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts for our RIB software solutions
  • Long-term, close support and development of new and existing customers
  • To drive growth, you design regional initiatives/sales concepts and implement them
  • Planning and conducting regional activities (webinars, on-site events, ...)
  • Participation in centrally organized events and trade shows
  • Collaborative work: together with colleagues from Sales Support, Inside Sales and Consulting, you form the competency team for our prospects & customers

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in direct sales of SaaS solutions (B2B)
  • Strong interest in digitalization topics (digital working methods/processes)
  • Excellent communication and closing skills combined with a strong customer focus
  • Team player who aligns goals and visions with other departments and implements them with added value for our customers
  • Hybrid work: remote from home & willingness to travel (approx. 50%) to customers in your sales territory
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Advantageous: industry knowledge of the construction sector or comparable construction-related experience (e.g., operational experience in a design office, preparation of specifications/bills of quantities, ... )
