Responsibilities
You are the spearhead of RIB – close to the customer, strategic in thinking and crucial to our market success
Building relationships, acquiring new customers, conducting needs analyses, consulting, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts for our RIB software solutions
Long-term, close support and development of new and existing customers
To drive growth, you design regional initiatives/sales concepts and implement them
Planning and conducting regional activities (webinars, on-site events, ...)
Participation in centrally organized events and trade shows
Collaborative work: together with colleagues from Sales Support, Inside Sales and Consulting, you form the competency team for our prospects & customers
Requirements
Initial professional experience in direct sales of SaaS solutions (B2B)
Strong interest in digitalization topics (digital working methods/processes)
Excellent communication and closing skills combined with a strong customer focus
Team player who aligns goals and visions with other departments and implements them with added value for our customers
Hybrid work: remote from home & willingness to travel (approx. 50%) to customers in your sales territory
Very good German and good English skills
Advantageous: industry knowledge of the construction sector or comparable construction-related experience (e.g., operational experience in a design office, preparation of specifications/bills of quantities, ... )
