Responsibilities
Favorire lo sviluppo commerciale sul territorio italiano attraverso attività di scouting e acquisizione di nuovi clienti.
Gestire e fidelizzare il portafoglio clienti esistente, garantendo relazioni durature e proficue.
Presentare i prodotti dell’azienda a clienti attuali e potenziali, attraverso incontri in sede, presso il cliente o in occasione di fiere ed eventi di settore.
Fornire supporto tecnico post-vendita e assistenza ai clienti, garantendo la risoluzione tempestiva di eventuali problematiche e mantenendo un elevato livello di soddisfazione.
Organizzare e condurre sessioni di formazione rivolte al personale che utilizzerà i prodotti, per garantire una corretta comprensione delle funzionalità e modalità d’uso.
Collaborare con il team europeo di riferimento per lo sviluppo di nuovi progetti e soluzioni.
Requirements
Esperienza nella mansione e conoscenza del settore specifico;
Residenza preferibilmente nel Centro Italia, in quanto la maggior parte dei clienti si trova in quest’area;
Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Capacità di lavorare in squadra;
Capacità relazionali, comunicative e di negoziazione.
