Responsibilities
Establishing whether applicants are suitable for the roles they have applied for
Rejecting unsuitable applicants at the application and phone screening stage
Conducting telephone interviews
Reviewing internal roles and making recruiters aware of applications
Maintaining candidate relationships through the recruitment process
Keeping spreadsheets and internal systems up to date
Assisting other telephone screeners with additional workload if required
Taking part in meetings with recruiters to update on the progress of roles
Contacting applicants to encourage them to leave reviews of our service
Requirements
Previous experience working in a customer service or phone-based role would be advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets
Can work well within a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Excellent organisational skills
