HR Corporate Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions. Partnering with hiring managers and executing effective staffing strategies within Red Rock BHS.
Responsibilities
Partners with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions within Red Rock Behavioral Health Services
Develops and executes staffing strategies
Serves as an integral member of the Red Rock BHS Human Resources team
Manages full-cycle recruiting process to source, recruit and hire qualified professionals
Identifies key requirements for each role
Develops a pool of qualified candidates
Reviews and screens qualified candidates
Facilitates interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Drives offer process, including generating and extending offer letters
Provides excellent applicant and internal customer management service
Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
Establishes and maintains excellent employee relations within the organization
Partners with the HR Director and managers on staffing strategies and planning
Maintains discretion and confidentiality
Assists with special projects as needed
Performs other duties as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
At least 2 years’ experience managing full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates and working in a high-volume environment
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
Patient, communicative team player who is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
Proactive, results-oriented individual with a sense of urgency balanced with quality work
Excellent organization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
Strong computer and technical skills
Experience with behavioral health related positions is a plus
