About the role

  • Team Coordinator for international recruiting for a nursing service integrating diverse nationalities in Germany. Conducting organization and communication tasks related to visa, onboarding, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact and first contact person for international employees and placement agencies
  • Handling inquiries by phone and in writing
  • Coordination and organization, scheduling and coordination of the entry/immigration of international nursing professionals
  • Preparing and reviewing documents for visas and residence permits
  • Liaising with embassies and authorities
  • Organizing pickups and accompanying new hires to initial appointments with authorities
  • Assisting with housing searches
  • Implementing the complete onboarding checklist
  • Requesting and aligning staffing needs with facilities
  • Monitoring professional recognition/qualification procedures for nursing professionals
  • Ensuring valid residence permits
  • Collaborating with institutions and cooperating with the Federal Employment Agency (e.g., funding, training vouchers)
  • Submitting recognition applications to the Integration Office
  • Working together with language and nursing schools as well as internal departments
  • Opening up new recruiting markets and establishing partnerships with placement agencies abroad
  • Participating in international job fairs and virtual recruiting events
  • Cooperating with embassies, consulates and integration offices; collaborating with international universities and training institutions
  • Building and expanding a recruitment/sales network, conducting market analysis and target setting, structuring the network, strengthening partner relationships, and continuously optimizing processes

Requirements

  • Academic education in business administration, human resources or social sciences, or completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk, real estate clerk)
  • Professional experience in recruiting or human resources, ideally with an international focus
  • Solid knowledge of immigration and labor law as well as professional recognition procedures for skilled workers
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Academic additional qualifications in Sinology/Chinese studies are preferred, especially for collaboration with Chinese professionals and partner institutions
  • Additional qualifications in labor law, intercultural communication or project management are advantageous
  • Native-level German language skills
  • Additional languages (e.g., English, Spanish, Chinese) are an advantage
  • Intercultural sensitivity and experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
