Requirements
Several years of experience in creative strategy, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
Proven experience with Paid Social creatives.
Solid expertise in creating and implementing static assets.
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing.
Confident handling of performance KPIs.
Experience using AI tools in a marketing context.
Structured, analytical, and simultaneously creative working style.
High degree of personal responsibility and ownership.
