About the role

  • Creative Strategy Lead responsible for all paid media creatives at a startup focused on health supplements. Driving growth through strategic and performance-oriented creative strategies across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Take strategic and creative ownership of all paid-media creatives and be one of the central levers for our growth
  • Develop performance-oriented creative strategies for Meta, Google, TikTok and native ads — with a clear focus on revenue, scaling and efficiency
  • Ensure paid creatives are not produced in isolation, but are systematically tested, iterated and scaled
  • Build and continuously evolve a structured creative-testing framework (hypotheses, tests, learnings, iterations)
  • Analyze creative performance using data and derive clear recommendations and next-best tests
  • Translate product, market and customer data into scalable ad and offer concepts
  • Lead, coach and develop our ad-creation team (Content Creation & Media Buying)
  • Work closely with Media Buying and other stakeholders (e.g., Brand, Product) and prioritize creatives by impact rather than by gut feeling
  • Establish efficient creative-operations processes and ensure speed and quality are not in conflict

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience with UGC ads, image ads, video ads, advertorials, sales pages and long-form content
  • 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing, creative strategy or a comparable environment
  • Deep understanding of paid social (particularly Meta & Google) and/or native advertising
  • Proven experience in systematic creative testing and iterative optimization processes
  • Confident in analyzing and evaluating key performance KPIs (e.g., hook rate, CTR, ROAS, CAC, AOV)
  • Consistently performance-first mindset — measure creative quality by impact, not by personal taste
  • Experience leading or providing functional guidance to creative teams
  • Strong skills in prioritization, clear briefing and constructive feedback
  • Holistic understanding of digital funnel mechanics — from the ad through the landing page to conversion
  • Comfortable using tools such as Frame.io, Asana, Meta Ad Library, Google Analytics, Power BI or comparable applications
  • Work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and communicate clearly, directly and solution-oriented
