About the role

  • Creative Lead responsible for overseeing UA creative production at a mobile gaming company. Leading a creative team and leveraging data for performance improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the creative quality bar across all UA formats (video, playable, static)
  • Build and lead the creative roadmap - set hypotheses, prioritize concepts, iterate based on performance data
  • Lead and mentor Creative Producers, providing clear visual direction and actionable feedback
  • Analyze creative performance metrics (CPI, IPM, CTR) to inform creative decisions and A/B test strategies
  • Collaborate with the UA team and marketing artists to align creative output with acquisition goals
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, ensuring quality and brand consistency
  • Leverage AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and creative analysis workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UA creative production or performance marketing creative direction
  • Strong visual literacy, being able to articulate why a creative works in technical terms (composition, color, pacing, visual hierarchy)
  • Track record of creative decisions leading to measurable performance improvements (lower CPI, higher IPM)
  • Data-driven mindset, being comfortable with dashboards, A/B tests, and using data to argue for creative direction
  • Experience managing or mentoring people in creative/production roles
  • Experience working with external creative agencies
  • Active user of AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and analysis
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
