About the role

  • Responsibility for the individual development of customer advisors in sales skills
  • Ensure that knowledge from sales trainings is successfully applied in practice
  • Identify training needs for customer advisors in the supported outbound campaigns
  • Uncover optimization potential in the process design of the supported outbound campaigns
  • Derive and coordinate improvement proposals for campaign optimization
  • Conduct short training sessions with customer advisors

Requirements

  • Completed coach training with several years of professional experience
  • Excellent German skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
  • Confident use of common IT systems
  • Process awareness and a basic understanding of technical and commercial workflows
  • High degree of independence and initiative
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to give constructive feedback
