About the role

  • Customer Experience Consultant developing IT strategies and roadmaps for customer-centric digitalization projects. Engaging in innovative projects at regiocom, the largest service provider in Germany's energy market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop IT strategies and roadmaps for customer-centric digitalization projects
  • Act as the interface between business and IT, understanding requirements and possibilities
  • Plan and implement solutions that balance innovation goals with technical feasibility
  • Develop target architectures and derive viable projects and programs for digital transformation
  • Translate new business ideas into concrete technological requirements and support their implementation
  • Take responsibility in consulting engagements, design project initiatives, and serve as the primary contact for Customer Experience
  • Provide subject-matter leadership for subprojects, e.g., for client onboarding and offboarding

Requirements

  • Solid professional experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, Service, or E‑Commerce
  • Good sense for topics such as IoT, omnichannel, digital customer experiences, and innovative business models in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and ability to organize independently
  • Business acumen and the ability to assess new trends and technologies
  • Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (C1)
