Responsibilities
Communicate with applicants in English
Handle inbound and outbound calls to obtain medical information from applicants
Responsible for processing applications
Process requests for additional information from underwriters
Respond to calls in a timely and professional manner
Maintain performance standards such productivity, quality, and schedule adherence
Requirements
Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required
Customer service focused
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Medical terminology (course completed or in progress)
Excellent listening and communication skills
Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
Positive and collaborative attitude
Strong keyboarding skills with high level of accuracy
Able to work between 8am - 8pm EST (three shifts on rotation)
Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment.
