Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of employees
  • Liaise with payroll for employee file updates
  • Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements
  • Assist with the delivery of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Liaise with employees on internal and external training requirements
  • Any additional Ad hoc HR administration duties required

Requirements

  • Relevant studies or 1-2 years’ experience in HR related position
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to develop relationships across various levels of the business
  • Resourceful problem solver
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
