About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruiting in DigitalService GmbH. Focusing on selecting digital talents for the German public administration and ensuring excellent Candidate Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full recruiting process: identifying hiring needs, posting job ads & sourcing, conducting interviews & candidate selection
  • Managing communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Advising hiring teams and prioritizing staffing needs
  • Selecting recruitment channels and conducting active search
  • Taking on additional projects to optimize processes and strengthen employer branding

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting
  • Structured and organized work style
  • Experience advising hiring managers
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs
  • Enjoy screening candidates and conducting selection interviews
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools
  • Committed and authentic communication with candidates
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and administrative requirements
