  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team
  • Drive recruitment performance
  • Optimize processes and the ATS
  • Implement and roll out strategic/structuring projects
  • Lead strategic recruitment assignments

Requirements

  • Experienced Talent Acquisition professional
  • Successful initial managerial experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing and deploying HR projects
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing, job boards)
  • Ability to manage and monitor KPIs
