About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at Cencora responsible for driving revenue and profitability through strategic business development. Collaborating with clients and maintaining strong relationships to enhance partnership growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and sustainable business within designated portfolio areas to ensure the achievement of individual key performance indicators and overall success of the organization.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for partnership growth to increase the profitability and return on investment in each relationship.
  • Represent World Courier in a professional manner that builds upon the already robust reputation of the organization.
  • Actively engaging with new and existing business opportunities, delivering solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or comparable education / experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Industry experience and knowledge or equivalent
  • Fluency in German and good English skills
  • Experience and joy in active customer communication
  • Ability to interpret industry trends
  • Natural Presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with colleagues nationally and internationally
  • Experience with Value Based Selling methodology is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution.
