About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based strategies for enterprise MedTech manufacturers. Collaborating with Sales and Growth Marketing to enhance efficiency and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting to enterprise MedTech manufacturers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery and demo meetings
  • Support Account Executives to identify buying committee members and understand decision making paths
  • Ensure inbound prospects meet Rimsys Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria before progressing them in the funnel
  • Manage all activity, sequencing, and follow up within HubSpot and related tools
  • Conduct deep research on priority accounts including organizational structure, regulatory focus areas, product portfolios, and market considerations
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to activate account-based programs by aligning research, audience selection, and outreach strategies
  • Use AI and enrichment tools to create personalized, relevant messaging for target accounts
  • Coordinate multichannel outreach for ABM plays including email sequences, LinkedIn engagement, and targeted follow up
  • Execute follow up from ABM initiatives to drive meetings, qualification, and engagement progression
  • Assist with list building, segmentation, and pulling intent or engagement data to support account prioritization
  • Maintain clean and accurate account and contact data to improve targeting and reporting
  • Track performance of outreach and account engagement and recommend optimizations
  • Share insights with Sales and Marketing to refine account based and outbound motions
  • Contribute to pipeline creation through high quality outbound work paired with account-based strategy

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or marketing pipeline generation roles
  • Experience supporting account based or enterprise focused sales motions
  • Experience qualifying inbound and outbound leads
  • Strong research skills with the ability to turn account intelligence into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to use AI tools to improve personalization and efficiency
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent accounts and tasks
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and automation platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Seamless
