About the role

  • Sales Development Representative managing the full sales funnel for turnus.ai. Focus on pipeline generation, customer relationships, and success-driven closing with AI technology.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Full‑Cycle) who owns the entire sales funnel: from pipeline generation through discovery & demos to closing and customer onboarding.
  • You will build sustainable relationships with our customers and drive opportunities to structured success.
  • Pipeline generation (outbound & inbound): Proactively identify and engage ideal target customers.
  • Build prioritized ICP lists, account and stakeholder mapping.
  • Qualify incoming leads with a clear next step.
  • Discovery & demos: Conduct structured discovery conversations (pain, fit, value, impact, timeline).
  • Deliver concise demos focused on the prospect’s core workflows.
  • Deal management & closing: Navigate buying processes and handle objections.
  • Customer onboarding: Work closely with Product, define go‑live milestones, and ensure rapid time‑to‑value.
  • CRM excellence: Maintain comprehensive documentation of activities, deal stages, next steps and decision rationale.
  • Feedback loop: Systematically relay market and objection feedback to continuously refine product, pitch and enablement.

Requirements

  • Full‑cycle sales experience: At least 2 years of sales experience with demonstrable success from first outreach to close, ideally in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Strong in discovery & demos: You run goal‑oriented conversations, translate complex requirements into clear solution maps, and keep demos concise.
  • Outbound competency: Cold outreach by phone and short, effective follow‑ups (email/LinkedIn) are familiar to you.
  • Negotiation confidence: Structured deal management, clean stakeholder management and closing strength.
  • Tool affinity & structure: Confident with CRM and sales tools.
  • You work disciplined with playbooks, sequences and checklists.
  • Languages: German — business fluent (C2); English — required for internal communication in our multinational team.
