About the role

  • Supervisor of Sales Development at Localiza managing lead qualification and enhancing sales opportunities. Focused on maximizing business opportunities and improving sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the lead qualification process and initial outreach using communication channels, aiming to increase opportunity generation for the sales team;
  • Ensure generation of new business opportunities for Localiza Fleet Management by managing the team in interactions with prospective clients and selling the concept of outsourcing and fleet management;
  • Develop, review and ensure that active prospecting rules in all formats, as well as schedules, are followed by the team through verification and analysis of data collected in management reports, monitoring of KPIs, and response times;
  • Contribute to the Marketing area by providing input on practices to maximize lead volume and improve lead quality;
  • Maximize business opportunity generation for Localiza Fleet Management by supporting updates to the sales management system (Salesforce) through the provision of reports containing information gathered from the team's calls;
  • Provide support and necessary information to the sales area for specific questions related to leads generated in the system, by producing information, making indicators available, and giving clarifying explanations;
  • Participate in actions in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies by promoting ethical conduct among the team, actively participating in training, and reporting possible deviations;
  • Create a sustainable high-performance culture within a healthy organizational climate, fostering exemplary and inspiring leadership;
  • Engage all employees in a vibrant, customer-centric vision and passion for serving clients;
  • Ensure achievement of targets established in the current Management Agreement through an appropriate work plan.
