About the role

  • Customer Success Manager at Choco managing distributor accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Leading onboarding and ongoing product adoption in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value distributor accounts and own the post-sales experience
  • Take over the customer relationship after close and own the entire customer lifecycle
  • Lead customer onboarding by preparing and delivering trainings
  • Spend 1–2 days on site with customers during training
  • Drive ongoing product adoption and value realization
  • Identify and own renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing insights and feedback

Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years in client-facing project management, implementation, account management or customer success in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong work ethic with the motivation to always improve and grow for yourself and the team
  • Amazing relationship builder and natural communicator comfortable articulating complex technical solutions
  • Able to understand a problem and implement solutions proactively
  • Strong attention to detail, set and maintain high standards
  • Huge team player and have a team-first mentality
