About the role

  • Commercial Analyst responsible for tracking sales performance and preparing reports. Collaborating with sales, finance, and marketing for effective commercial processes in Peru.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily commercial operations by tracking sales performance, pricing, margins, and the sales pipeline.
  • Responsible for preparing periodic reports, monitoring KPIs, analyzing variances versus targets, and ensuring the quality and consistency of information across commercial systems.
  • In coordination with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams, provide timely analysis that supports forecasting, pricing decisions, commercial effectiveness, and continuous improvement of commercial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three–Four years of experience in roles related to sales and commercial operations, including reporting, KPI monitoring, and analysis to support decision-making and process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish.
  • Core Skills - Leadership and Team Collaboration.
  • Strong customer service and client relations.
  • English Level - Intermediate.
  • High accuracy and attention to details.
