Head of Sales managing hotel services, budgets, and client accounts in Vizcaya, Spain. Driving sales strategies and overseeing action plans in collaboration with the sales team.
Responsibilities
Elabora y ejecuta las acciones establecidas en el plan de acción de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos definidos para el segmento, área geográfica o sectores asignados a su cartera.
Coordinar y asegurar la inclusión de sus hoteles en los planes de acción de los distintos segmentos y Account Managers, en función de las necesidades de los hoteles.
Desarrollar un calendario de site inspections previo a la apertura del hotel, tanto para cuentas locales como en coordinación con los Head os Segments para las Key, Strategic.
Requirements
Responsable del cumplimiento del presupuesto de los hoteles en aquel segmento del que es responsable o zonas geográficas que se le hayan asignado con visión ámbito origen negocio.
Capta, desarrolla y fideliza dichas cuentas y lleva a cabo las acciones establecidas en el plan de acción de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos definidos en el Business Plan del hotel.
Apoyar en la elaboración de presupuestos del segmento asignado y/o de los mercados y sectores asignados.
