  • Sales Manager driving commercial success for Sol Tropikal Durrës hotel. Capturing and managing key accounts while executing strategic sales actions to ensure revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial success for Sol Tropikal Durrës by capturing, developing, and retaining key accounts across assigned segments and markets.
  • Execute strategic sales actions aligned with the hotel’s Business Plan, ensuring revenue growth and brand visibility.
  • Manage and grow local accounts, coordinate with Account Managers, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Implement the sales action plan to exceed targets.
  • Prospect new markets and collaborate with tourism organizations and DMCs.
  • Be the main point of contact for account incidents, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports for Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business.
  • Advanced English. Local language is a plus.
  • Understanding of M&E hotel operations.
  • User-level experience with FOCUS, OPERA, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with luxury services.
  • Key competencies: Client Vision, Results & Customer Orientation, Change Management.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in cluster environments.
