About the role

  • Senior National Account Manager at Reckitt focusing on strategic execution and relationship management on Amazon. Collaborating with teams to drive growth in the Intimate Wellness and Self-Care categories.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio
  • Deliver Market Share growth by achieving account Digital Shelf & 4P targets
  • Provide challenge within a Category Business Team
  • Develop multi-level relationships within the account
  • Own the Amazon 1P3P ePOS ‘formula’ for Intimate Wellness and Self-Care brands
  • Lead the Amazon 1P3P execution for these brands
  • Own the total P&L of the portfolio
  • Manage the commercial relationship with 3rd Party Amazon seller(s)

Requirements

  • Educated to a high standard
  • Major account experience in FMCG sales
  • Hands-on eCommerce expertise driving sales on Amazon
  • Strategic thinking with confidence in eCommerce account strategies
  • Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
  • Proven track record of P&L management and budget delivery
  • Financial and commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Interest and passion for entrepreneurship
