  • Global HR Business Partner responsible for devising HR strategies in collaboration with leadership for Reckitt. Drive talent management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Devise and deliver HR strategy and people plans
  • Partner with functional LTs to develop people strategies
  • Shape the future of talent through sustainable succession plans
  • Work with leaders to embed a culture of high performance
  • Work with leadership team to shape culture, engagement and recognition initiatives
  • Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with leaders to define critical functional capabilities
  • Ensure value creation through organisational transformation initiatives
  • Leverage analytics and talent metrics to measure impact

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR partnering and Talent Management roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expertise in influencing senior leaders
  • Conflict resolution and project management
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Experience driving strategic business transformation
  • Experience in UK/ I employee relations
  • Experience driving a HR agenda in a cross-matrix organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Digital fluency and adeptness in leveraging data
