About the role

  • Analista Sr Adm Pessoal managing payroll processes and labor compliance at RD Saúde, ensuring proper handling of payment and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for payroll routines, including:
  • Submission of labor information to eSocial;
  • Responding to and following up on labor-related requests;
  • Recording and processing payments;
  • Calculating payroll amounts;
  • Reviewing and validating data;
  • Calculating and controlling labor charges (payroll taxes and contributions), ensuring accurate payroll closing.
  • Responding to requests via: Email; Internal ticketing system; Microsoft Teams
  • Monitoring and directing items such as: Checklist compliance; Scheduling operational activities for the department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, or related fields
  • Experience with HR/personnel department routines
  • Ability to organize tasks and manage workloads
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with the LG system is desirable
