About the role

  • Teamlead for Payroll at AGAPLESION managing payroll processes for over 13,500 employees, ensuring compliance and supporting the HR departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the tasks of one of our payroll teams
  • Support the assigned team in preparing, producing and post-processing payroll for commercial and diaconal employees
  • Prepare required reports and statistics within the service package for the assigned facilities
  • Act as the contact person for all payroll-related, tax and social security law matters for your team and for the HR departments of the assigned facilities
  • Continuously review and further develop payroll processes
  • Participate in central service projects related to payroll

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in business administration with a focus on HR management, or have a comparable qualification
  • You are passionate about HR and readily take responsibility for yourself and your team
  • You have extensive professional experience in payroll and ideally possess strong knowledge of the HR information system P&I LOGA
  • You have good knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, tax and social security law
  • You have experience managing complex payroll processes
  • You work independently and demonstrate professionalism, competence and ambition
