Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the tasks of one of our payroll teams
Support the assigned team in preparing, producing and post-processing payroll for commercial and diaconal employees
Prepare required reports and statistics within the service package for the assigned facilities
Act as the contact person for all payroll-related, tax and social security law matters for your team and for the HR departments of the assigned facilities
Continuously review and further develop payroll processes
Participate in central service projects related to payroll
Requirements
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in business administration with a focus on HR management, or have a comparable qualification
You are passionate about HR and readily take responsibility for yourself and your team
You have extensive professional experience in payroll and ideally possess strong knowledge of the HR information system P&I LOGA
You have good knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, tax and social security law
You have experience managing complex payroll processes
You work independently and demonstrate professionalism, competence and ambition
