Territory Manager in Central NC for RB Global, responsible for sales and account management. Proactively seek new customers while managing existing accounts for a leading auction marketplace.
Responsibilities
Proactively prospecting and cold calling new customers
Managing existing accounts
Selling various multi-channel solutions
Sourcing and growing sales with new business
Understanding customer needs
Negotiating and closing deals in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Developing assigned territory by building and maintaining the Playbook and utilizing the CRM (Salesforce)
Partnering with internal stakeholders
Requirements
2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role, and a consistent track record of meeting / exceeding quotas
You’ll have to have a valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record
Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred
Experience in quota-driven sales required (Industry experience/knowledge highly desirable)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships
