About the role

  • Commercial Intern managing enterprise locations for growth at Temper. Engaging clients proactively and supporting platform performance improvements in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise locations and actively working on their growth and performance
  • Proactively call clients and workers to drive usage, fill shifts and improve performance
  • Guide clients through the growth funnel and convert them into loyal, high-performing users of the Temper platform
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities and advise clients on how to improve platform performance
  • Support the onboarding of new locations and ensure a smooth start on the platform
  • Contribute to commercial sprints and work towards team targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant HBO or WO study for the complete duration of the internship
  • Preferably study Hospitality Management, Business, International Business, or a similar field
  • Proactive, not afraid to pick up the phone and comfortable working with call targets
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Previous experience in a commercial, sales or customer-facing role (great to have).
