Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor your portfolio of partners (wine estates)
  • Listen to, advise, and support partners
  • Provide training on the Rue des Vignerons platform
  • Optimize and monitor annual performance
  • Negotiate and ensure compliance with standards
  • Grow your partner portfolio
  • Respond to incoming inquiries
  • Support sales of Rue des Vignerons’ new services
  • Monitor customer reviews
  • Track customer requests
  • Manage incidents
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects
