Responsibilities
Develop and execute PR strategies across PCA subsidiaries including The Premiere Group and BEAUTYSPACE US.

Coordinate product seeding initiatives with Brand Management and Marketing teams.

Lead internal communication strategies for major announcements, policy rollouts, leadership updates, and organizational changes.
Partner with HR and Executive Leadership to support employee engagement communications, performance review cycles, PTO policy rollouts, and corporate initiatives.
Supervise Events Coordinator to support PR-related event planning including product launches, trade shows, press previews, and brand showcases.
Provide limited support to social media teams to ensure PR messaging alignment.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Brand Management to integrate PR strategy into product launches and campaigns.
Requirements
3-5 years of Public Relations or Corporate Communications experience, preferably in beauty, fragrance, consumer goods, or retail.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience managing press outreach and media relationships.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
Experience coordinating product seeding or influencer outreach programs.
Familiarity with media tracking tools and PR analytics platforms.
Experience supervising junior staff or coordinators preferred.
