About the role

  • Customer Service Representative managing orders and customer relationships for German clients at Ravago. Supporting sales and logistics while working in a hybrid environment in Budapest.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and tracking orders from customers in Germany
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing high-quality service
  • Handling logistics coordination tasks and collaborating with freight carriers
  • Proactive cooperation with production planners and supply chain representatives
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Managing unexpected events and minimizing their impact
  • Participating in the optimization of internal processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Fluency in German
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • English knowledge is conversational
