About the role

  • Regional Service Manager actively developing international customer service processes and training service teams in the organization. Collaborating with internal departments to improve service efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Actively shape and develop service processes in international subsidiaries
  • Develop tailored service processes in collaboration with local subsidiaries
  • Serve as the central interface between international teams and internal specialist departments
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service processes
  • Contribute new ideas and work on an international service audit system for quality assurance
  • Develop training concepts to strengthen service teams worldwide

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics (Information Systems), or Business Administration — comparable qualifications welcome
  • Initial professional experience in service management or product-related services
  • Knowledge of logistics, spare parts management, returns and repair management, and contact center processes
  • Willingness to travel for multi-day business trips
  • Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision)
