Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Process orders & executes customer requirements through CRM (MS Dynamics)
Maintain and update customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Follow up to ensure complete resolution
Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
Meet or exceed performance targets
Requirements
Reliability and structured way of working
Strong communication skills in Polish and/or German
Good command of English
A customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
